I know that sounds silly, but most people approach their health goals through punishment with unenjoyable diets, exhausting workout routines, starving themselves with cleanses, spending money on doctor visits and leaving with no answers, or even taking medications that can exacerbate the issues. 

I have been in your shoes before- struggling with my health, feeling depressed and overwhelmed. I was dealing with inflamed hormonal acne, painful periods, fatigue, painful gut issues and not sure how to overcome it all.

My transformative 8-week Glow Up program is carefully crafted to help you improve your daily habits, enhance your well-being, and radiate with confidence. This journey will be a partnership between you and me, your Health and Wellness Coach! It is designed to help you make lasting positive changes in your life. This program is virtual, so you can work with me from anywhere!

 

Program Overview:

- Initial 75-Minute Virtual Session: We'll kick off your transformation with a comprehensive 75-minute initial session to understand your goals, challenges, and aspirations. Together, we'll create a personalized roadmap for your 8-week journey.

 

- Weekly 60-Minute Virtual Follow-Up Sessions: In the following weeks, we will meet for 60 minute sessions to review your progress, provide guidance, and adjust your plan as needed. These sessions will keep you accountable and motivated.

-Follow Up Emails- After each call I will send you a detailed follow up email going over the plan for the week ahead based on our session and share educational content.

What if I don’t have extra time?  this program is not time consuming, it teaches you how to make simple shifts to your current daily habits so that they support your body in healing from your health symptoms. Imagine all of the extra time and energy you will have if you were free of your symptoms!?

 

I worry I will be sacrificing enjoyment of food and I do not like working out- the program focuses on creating new lifestyle shifts that you enjoy so much that they easily become part of your new routine. You can eat a healthy diet that tastes delicious so you don’t have “cheat days”. You can find a movement routine that you love and look forward to. It’s about choosing JOY!

 

What do I do if I am lacking support from family? you can’t expect people in your life to want to change everything with you right away, but once you are enjoying your delicious real food meals and experiencing vibrant health, they may start to get curious and want to try it for themselves. Don’t let anyone else hold you back from taking care of yourself!

 

What if I don’t have the discipline? This is why you would be the perfect candidate to work with a health coach! I will show up as your support and accountability to push you towards your goals, always keeping your happiness and wellbeing in focus.

 

What if I can’t afford it- Imagine how much money you will save by not constantly buying new supplements, skincare and seeing various medical professionals. You can’t afford to be in bad health, it is a whole lot more expensive than healing. When you are feeling healthier, you can show up as your best self and experience more success through your work and life, bringing in more financial stability. You can find a few unnecessary expenses to put on hold for the short time you are in the program.

 

Can’t I do it myself?- How is that working out for you so far? It is extremely overwhelming to try to figure it out by yourself when there is so much noise about wellness online. Hi, I'm Megan!

I am a certified health and wellness coach with a background in holistic esthetics! I grew up eating the typical American diet along with a fairly sedentary lifestyle. This lead me to experience a lot of health symptoms that I ignored for many years.

In 2020 I decided I was ready to get healthy and went off the birth control pill that I had been on for 14 years. This lead me down the path of healing myself on a deep level. I experienced stubborn inflamed hormonal acne, painful periods, headaches, PMS, painful gut issues, fatigue and a disregulated nervous system. 

I am so grateful I went through this healing journey because it is what has brought me to the healthiest, happiest version of myself! If I stayed stuck in my old patterns, I would not be this version of myself today.
